Though I have met Aarthi during many family occasions, and both our families who have been friends for a long time, it is destiny that has united us,” says an elated Ravi. Ravi’s father, editor Mohan says,” We were not against love marriage. But in Ravi’s case, it so happened that we could arrive at an unanimous decision on the alliance. Ravi’s fiancée Aarthi has finished her B.C.A. and has done her Masters in International Management.”

Ravi is currently shooting for Peraanmai in S.P. Jananathan’s direction. The wedding will be held on June 7th 2009.
