This film is a remake of the super yester year super hit film directed by Vittalacharya. Jyothi Lakshmi tries to get her daughter Namitha married to a king.
But the ghost tries to intervene and stop the marriage. Nila has donned the role of the ghost. Vadivelu has excelled in his comedy. This film has been made in a simple manner without much strain. Graphics have been given more prominence in this film.

Shreya’s glamorous role in this film will increase the box office collections. One half of the film has been completely shot in Australia. Like the Tsunami scenes in Dasavatharam, there are graphic scenes in the sky in the climax. After a long time Goundamani is making his re-entry in this film.
